They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
