We recently moved my 84 year old mother in law into the Concho Health and Rehabilitation Center in Eden Texas in December 2012 and was there until the last week of February 2013. She has been in a nursing home facility for approximately 13 years. Within 48 hours of her admittance, she was completely terrified. She became delusional, disoriented and hallucinating. My mother in law is of very sound mind and does not have dementia or alzheimers. Never have we seen her experience this level of fear. She was begging us to take her out of there. After researching some of the medications that were being administered to her, the family became very concerned. When we questioned them about one of the meds that she was being given and requested that she be taken off this drug immediately, the facility became fearful of a lawsuit ( their words) and requested that we move her out of their facility as soon as possible. We were able to move her within one week to a new facility, and she has been taken off several of the medications she was being administered, and there have been no more hallucinations and she is back to her normal self and feels very safe. I could not recommend this facility.

Clean facility, however ,our 84 year old mother was there Dec. thru most of Feb. and 48 hours after being admitted she began to see objects move, was always fearful, begged us to move her, was delusional and definitely not herself. She was put on some hard core drugs and when we asked about them and requested one of them be removed, they seemed to be afraid of a lawsuit ( their words) and asked us to move her immediately. We moved her in about one week and the new place took her off 3 of the drugs and she is now back to her old self. Could not recommend this facility.
