My dog had gotten attacked by a dog and was really hurt. The front clerk wouldn't save my dogs life unless we pay up front. I didn't have my wallet and had no choice but to release my dog. What hurts is she repsonsed " I guess I have to take over the expenses". I am not even allowed to find out if he made it or not.

I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. Thanks to their exceptional level of care that they always offer here my pets have enjoyed healthy and long lives. My pets have never been misdiagnosed and I strongly recommend them to anyone who loves their pets. This veterinarian was so incredibly compassionate when my pet was sick. They consoled me when I was upset and even gave me a hug. I have had pets all my life and have never found a veterinary office this good. They were so informative, and thoroughly answered every single question I had regarding pet care. I left feeling like I really learned a lot.
