I received inadequate consultation and was diagnosed with one thing and given medicine for something totally different than what I was diagnosed. When I asked to be further treated no one returned my call for four days. My BP was not taken, nor my temperature, nor any type of exam. I have talked with three staff members over the bill I received with no follow ups from this staff as to a solution as promised. Instead I was turned over to the credit bureau. I have never not paid a bill in my life but this bill I will not pay. I was very dissatisfied at the treatment I received.
