They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. FIND A DIFFERENT DOCTOR!!!! This is one of the WORST Urologists' I've ever seen, and I've seen quite a few. He REFUSED to refer me to the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville since he ASSURED me he could find out what is causing my kidney stones, well he has done NOTHING and REUSES to give me any sort of medical help even though I'm passing my 72ND KIDNEY STONE IN ONE AND A HALF YEARS! Also REFUSES to refer me to a pain management clinic even though I've been a patient of one for the past year before I moved here to Mobile, while he continues to refuse to give me any sort of pain or nausea medicine. GET A DIFFERENT DOCTOR AND DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH HIM! THE WHOLE OFFICE IS HORRIBLE AND I'M IN THE MIDDLE OF CHANGING UROLOGIST GROUPS NOW!
