We've always had such great service since we started going there 22yrs ago. Especially with our little Chihuahua. She had ❤ problems, and throat issues. Dr. Hackett kept her going till she was 18yrs. Kudos to this office!

It is really unfortunate that I can’t give zero stars. I guess the 1 star can be for the fact that my dog actually came back alive. If you want to take your pet somewhere where they cram in as many procedures in as short a time as possible than this place is for you. Not only that, you can be “greeted” by the world’s most unpleasant receptionist with subpar communication skills. Since they have an outside vet do their surgeries (I guess the vets there don’t know how?), they cram in 30 a day. Not only do they make everyone bring their pet in when they open, they leave them in crates all day long without letting them out for a quick walk or bathroom break. When I called late in the afternoon about picking my dog up I found out she hadn’t been seen yet and had been in a crate for 7.5 hours without being let out once. When expressing my concerns I was laughed at and told my dog is “just fine” and told this is standard procedure for them. I dare say many dogs are left “just fine” in their crates for up to 10 hours before they are operated on. Just when I was glad to be back home with my dog have this experience over with, they call to tell me that they forgot to give me the pain meds needed for my dog. Seriously the most incompetent place of business I have ever stepped foot into. Beware!!
