Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay w/my access card. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
