Absolute worst experience at a veterinary facility. The only person in the building with any respect or compassion was the receptionist. The Dr was a complete jerk who was rough with my very sick cat and horrible to me. The tech was really no better.

I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. The examining rooms at their office were clean and free of odor. I can tell they really strive to keep their office looking and smelling nice. I can always count on this veterinarian to be there for me, whether it is to answer a late night phone call or come in for an after-hour emergency. Their dedication to their clients is unparalled to any other vet I've been to. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
