I would rate them as zero stars if i could. They were mentally, emotionally and physically abusive! They gave me way more than 3 steroid injections in my spine in a year... 9-12 and caused me to have adrenal insufficiency. Which leads me to believe that they cared more about the money they were making from each injection rather than my pain relief and my overall health! They also basically forced me to switch from hydrocodone to methadone for pain and the methadone along with the steroid injections has permanently damaged my health and altered my mental state for the worse. I have chronic serious spine pain and they treated me like a drug addict and basically mentally and emotionally abused me, made me cry and feel absolutely abused and helpless on multiple occasions because I needed pain relief and they talked to me like i was just a weak pitiful addict! Thanks to way more compassionate doctors I've since had 2 spine surgeries, still need more, but I'm able to take pain medication that doesn't cause permanent neurological damage like methadone does and my endocrinologist has instructed me not to get steroid injections anymore because i have permanent damage from so many injections at northside pain management. They degraded me and caused irreparable damage to my health. Im still considering a lawsuit. Theyre horrible for anyone suffering with real life long chronic pain!!! They care about making money , and limiting their liability in terms of prescribing pain medication for chronic pain sufferers by prescribing methadone instead of medications like hydrocodone, oxycodone, etc...but in reality methadone has as black box warning by the FDA and research shows that it causes permanent changes or damage to nerve cells and other parts of the brain and body. They would rather bring you to tears, emotionally damage you, cause irreparable damage to your health and cognitive abilities and MAKE LOTS OF MONEY FOR EVERY INJECTION THEY GIVE REGARDLESS OF THE PATIENTS HEALTH, ......RATHER THAN ACTUALLY CARING ABOUT GIVING THEIR PATIENTS REAL QUALITY PAIN RELIEF IN A RESPECTFULL COMPASSIONATE MANNER!!! They were beyond abusive to me!!!

It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile.
