I have 2 cats who have been to this vet before, I called to make an appt to have them checked out because they've been having some issues lately. When I asked to make an appt, the lady who answers the phones (also the vet's wife) proceeded to ask me if I could afford it. The last time my cats were there they had shots, they were both fixed, and one of them had surgery on their eye and I paid every dime. VERY unprofessional and rude. I told her I would be calling someplace else. I do like Dr. Hover but I will never go here again.
