Terribly unorganized. Setting up an appointment was a nightmare in of it's own. You either have to make the appointment in person or spend a lot of time attempting to get a real person on the phone. Don't expect to be called back if you leave a message. Had a nine o'clock appointment and wasn't actually seen until around 10:30 (for a 10-15 minute consultation). Horrendously bias towards people having children. If you're planning on getting sterilized and don't have (a lot of) children, be prepared to be treated like you're incapable of making your own decisions. The required counselling was more like a combine guilt trip and extreme peer pressuring/bullying instead of merely bringing up other options and being there for any questions or concerns. This included lying about the maintenance and side effects of the other options such as saying you never have to check the strings on an IUD and that Essure isn't reversible (even though it is. Not that that's even a factor for me). During the conversation I was also told I could make my appointment for the procedure once we were done talking only to have them change it and say that they'd call me in a couple days instead. Almost been a week now and still no phone call.
