I felt they were very considerate and concerned for my daughter's well-being. They correctly diagnosed her when numerous other doctors could not. (She had been undiagnosed with advanced Lyme for a year before we found these doctors.) They gave us sufficient information to make a decision about a treatment plan. They went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. They also treated two other family members with less severe cases of Lyme, and I know I can always count on them.
