Don't know who set up this listing but the address is WRONG Surrey Circle is a residential street on the other side of town. Correct address is 710 E Pioneer Pkwy. Totally not impressed by this place. Only 2 things impressed me, the PA who treated me and the ivy growing across the ceiling. The equipment was minimal and the facility did not appear to be very clean. Only reason I went here was because my insurance carrier assigned me to this Dr. Plan on switching ASAP. Still waiting 24 hrs later for my "STAT" results!!

They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they returned several times to let me know they had an emergency. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They give medication when possible including injections, which most drs dont do anymore (insurance reasons) I have been several times & am always well pleased. And I'm a picky patient because I've been a nurse for over 20 years!
