They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. I showed up on time for my appointment but they weren't even there yet. I had to wait quite a while for them and my entire day's schedule was messed up. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me.
