The veterinarian and friendly staff educated me on what I could do better to help keep my pets healthy and happy and really stressed the importance of taking care of my pets teeth. I left with a better understanding of proper pet health and found their recommendations to be incredibly helpful. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.

I'm sure it's no surprise that my pet hates going to the vet, but what a relief to find an animal hospital and vet like Dr. Lisa that is so dedicated to making your pets experience as pleasant as possible. They never separate you from your pet and I was able to stay within "save me" range the whole time. No taking pets behind closed doors like other vets. I've recommended everyone to Bayshore and bragged about the fantastic experiences I have had there. Everyone has always gone out of their way to make me and other clients and patients feel special and respected, and are very sympathetic. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients and patients than here. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Dr. Lisa and her staff are THE BEST!!!!
