Unbelievable!! Our dog had a ruptured cist on Sunday. Unfortunately Monday was Memorial Day, so we couldn’t make it to the vet right away. We bought antibiotics and bandages to hold us over until Tuesday. This is not the first time our dog has had this happen, so we felt that we had it under control until we could get up to our local vet. We called in ahead of time to let the vet know that we would be up there to have our dog looked at. They refused us service because they were booked. They had only one doctor on staff. They offered to let us come in on Saturday. Really?!?!?!?! We have a bleeding puppy that just needs cleaned up and an antibiotic to ensure there is no infection…. The rest speaks for itself, find a different vet to count on!
