The survey is useless... doesnt matter if it is in safe place or if they have stock and easy to find. If you have ever read Macbeth, you get to meet the 3 witches in the office of the NFBlvd office.

As a new client I was more of an inconvenience than a welcome 'new patient'. The dowager old frumps couldn't smile if they were paid! On the surgery consult, the pick up, and the follow up the Vet NEVER petted my dog nor talked to him calmly. He talk to us from across the room, never shook our hands so I am led to believe that the whole office is homophobic and not a friendly place!

The surgery was fine, I believe the Vet has medical skills, but must care more about his yacht or golf dates than being personable with the owners or the pets. The office help that must hate their jobs would be more useful in a emotionless state hospital facility where they could just go to work and get away with being rude and detached.

We pulled our records and have gone to a Friendly warm caring Vet hospital where we feel welcome and our pets are treated warmly.

Good luck to all of you that continue with the Institutional style coldness offered by Ford Vet Hospital.
