My pet was extremely distressed the whole time we were here and incredibly anxious to leave. The veterinarian was unfriendly and unwilling to make my pet feel more comfortable. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. Plus they have no clue when it comes to a pet with diabetes, or an elderly pet. They didn't do the correct tests and lab work and now my pet is gone, which could have been prevented. I will NEVER go there again. Plus, they completely forgot about my other pet, who hasn't been seen for two years!! They want your money alright, but caring and kindness is not evident at all.
