Apparently there is a process to being seen at this office. My mom sat five hours waiting to be seen and still nobody called her. She actually visited this office twice, all together being there nine hours and the only thing that was accomplished was hip ROM. For future reference, if you have an older patient who has never been to your office before, it might behoove you to explain your office procedures and give more personal attention to details.
