They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. Dr Schenk always assures us about our health. She's the first physician I have ever had out of my 40+ years of life that actually takes the time to build a trusting and comfortable rapport with my whole family. Couldn't have made a better choice out of all of the physicians that I have gotten to know over the years of working in the medical fields.

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
