Unfortunately a bad review. Not of their actual services since I was 10 minutes late they wouldn't see me, but a bad review of the attitude of the lady working the check-in window. Arrogant and condescending is NOT the way to treat any patient, or any customer. After about 5 minutes of her asking questions of whomever was 'in the back', I had decided to take my business elsewhere. Oh, and only one person was in the waiting room and I failed to ask if he was a patient or waiting on someone.
Less than courteous and with the large availability of PT offices around here, it is very doubtful I would ever go back.
