I went to Dr. Faega with my rabbit earlier this year to have him neutered. They had said on the phone they didn't like to do it, as rabbits are not the most sturdy of animals. However my bun was getting a little aggressive and I was adamant, so they took him. Dr. Faega did an absolutely amazing job. I dropped him off in the morning and picked him up same day. He was still a little groggy but seemed to be doing okay, and while he was under she clipped his nails for me. She advised me on how to handle him in the coming days and what to look for should any problems arise. Bunnies are tricky and like to hide their suffering. She stitched him under the skin and covered the sutures with glue so he couldn't pick at them. And he was eating as soon as he got home. I could tell he was uncomfortable but he recovered to near 100% within just a few days. The staff is very friendly and very helpful, willing to answer any and all questions I had. The prices for the services were exceptional too. I'm a not so rich college student and I was more than able to pay what they asked. I absolutely would recommend this place to others, especially anyone with rabbits. It's easier to hurt a bunny than not, and I would only feel comfortable leaving my baby with someone I know has the experience. This Animal Hospital is that place.
