They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. There are times when I've been there, that I feel like they're favoring certain clients. It's not all the time, but I don't appreciate it when it happens. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. The chairs in the waiting room at were the cheap. My back started to hurt while I was waiting.
