Dr. Chancellor has been our veterinarian for over 20 years. We appreciate the love, great care and concern they show for all our animals. We have a dog, Boo Boo, who has had several operations for cancer, all of our dogs have been neutered or spayed there, and everything has always worked out fine. Thank you for always being there for our dogs..

They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. This veterinarian was not very friendly to either me or my pet. That didn't sit well with me. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places.

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

No, I left confused and frustrated

No, they just told me worst case scenario with total disregard towards my feelings.
Does this provider treat every client equally?
No, they definitely favor certain clients
Were the examining rooms clean and free of odor?
Absolutely not, they were disgusting and smelled so bad!
