They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. Their equipment was old. Most of it was still in usable condition but I would have appreciated equipment that was at least current. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. I had to look for a long time before I finally found their qualifications. They need to make them more obvious.
