They have great customer service! Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They fit me in (even as a brand new client) when I had a concern. The take the time to really make a full examination and fully explain everything. It is obvious that everyone there really cares about animals. They have a friendly caring staff that is very knowledgeable and qualified. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Wonderful experience in every way!!!
