Over all my visit was terrible! The staff was rude, and seemed to be in a rush. During giving my kitten her shots, the doctor missed the tuff of skin she was holding and hit her ribs instead. The doctor even said "oops, to low." And my kitten yelped. There were THREE more shots to go. As an owner to a new kitten that was sad to see! My kitten lost all trust for the doctor. They were holding her under her chin to keep her still on the table, chocking her. I have to say, the doctor and assistant did do the shots fast. but it was careless. They also pocked her in the eye when giving her a pill the first time, it took them three times! If they would have taken their time, she wouldn't have been so afraid of them! She's a super sweet cat, and was doing just fine before they walked into the room. I'm VERY disappointed. My kittens eye is still bothering her two days later...
I should have walked out in the beginning of the kitten exam when the doctor criticized ME for not having had shots as a kid, and adult life. I had an allergic reaction, and my mom decided to not put me through the pain again, I've been really healthy since. And I'm sorry, thought I was here for the KITTEN! Didn't ask for your opinion on my health choice.... Lol I brought the Kitten to the vet to get vaccination for her.. To keep her healthy and take care of her.. Lol
Also... Lol yes, there's more! They finished up, opened BOTH doors to the waiting room, and back room, my kitten was not being held at the time, and could have ran out to the other dogs and cats in the waiting room, with the door wide open to the outside. The doctor even saw this and simply said, goodbye. They other visitors were all looking at us with shock, and held their animals tighter. I grabbed my kitten as fast as I could, with her scared out of her mind. Calmed her down and then put her in the carrier. I was so mad, ready to just leave.

I will NOT be going back.
