It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose. Chairs are not well suited for large people. They made me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. The restrooms at this office were spotless. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
