The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment.
