AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE!

Avoid this place at all costs. Dr. Robinson didn't say a word, look us in the eyes or ask any questions... It was as if we weren't even there. They were very rough with our 18 year old cat. Threw a towel over her head and grabbed her by the neck! Then the "assistant" Laura told us "This cat is being difficult" Then she told us we have to leave!!!! She must be a miserable person to do this and I don't know where the doctor graduated from but he's very incompetent. She had the nerve to say I was being nasty by asking her a question. The huge secretary came out yelling at my elderly father. This place is an awful mess and needs to be reported.
Needless to say, they aren't getting a dime. Low cost=low quality.
