bad communication they never told me about the filter that should be changed every 2 weeks it has been a year when I found it it was black the SD card was reading error that's how I found the filter they don't call and check on the machine or see if we need supplies. I Will not recommend them to anyone.

The problem with Grace Home Respiratory is after you turn in the equipment that didn't work they still try to charge you even going so far as to go to collections. So if you value your credit score do not do business here!
