I was having a huge issue with Apria not getting me the right mask. The ladies in the office in New Berlin were amazing. She stayed on the phone with me while she checked around. It was taking a bit so she asked if she could call me back. She called me back the next day and she had found one. She went above and beyond for me and got me back to sleeping better because I had the right mask. When I went to pick it up it was wating for me and all the ladies in the office were very pleasent.

This service (company) is obviously to large to deal with. Person after person asks to many personal info questions !!!!, and then people wonder why they get HACKED !. Still have not made a contact for service ?
