This was my first time ordering a medical bed and few medical equipment from Alpha Omega Medical. It was an off hour I was ordering at, and I had a question. The after hour answering service person answered my questions, but asked if I wanted a specialist to get back with me. I answered yes. The next early morning first thing was the call from their customer service and gave me the detailed answers for my whole questions. They were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. THAT is what I call “customer service”. I will definitely be back for further needs in the future. Also I will definitely give referrals.

I had a great experience with Alpha Omega Medical Supply. The power chair I ordered, arrived in a timely manner and the setup was complete and explained very professionally. The power chair works just as promised. They strictly followed the doctors office paperwork and take care of medicare billing.

Very happy.
