If we could give a 0 star rating, we would. Do not deal with this company from Woodbury, TN. They will lie to you. When our concentrator died, they gave us a "loaner" until they got a shipment of new concentrators in which was to be about a week. 3 weeks later, no replacement. We called and were told we were not going to get a replacement of loaner and in fact there was no shipment of new concentrators. Also they will not service your concentrator. So turn and run and dont look back. Get another supplier!!
