I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. There's been quite a few times where I've been on my way to my appointment, and they've called me to postpone it. It's not all the time, but it's still annoying. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They need to treat their staff with more respect. They weren't overly rude but they could have been a lot nicer.
