It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
