Your service representative Rick is so kind and patient and thorough. He had to replace my big concentrator and serviced my portable concentrator and came to my home in Wall within a very short time after I called. I am so impressed with him - he must need a raise or something nice.

Horrible customer service. They say they are a DME provider and only deal with oxygen. If you are one of their patients they just get the equipment from a different DME provider in town if they feel like it. Terrible service and really don't go above and beyond on anything.
