My husband had a sleep study. It showed OSA with oxygen desaturation of less tha 89%, with the Cpap on, with improvement when oxygen was initiated. The claim filed to Medicare was not complete, or improperly filed by you. It was denied. You took our money due to the required ABN. We asked for an appeal. You assured us you had all the correct, complete data and would appeal. You took more of our money . And now sent a bill for $1500 more. You are required by Medicare to file timely, correct, complete documentation . You failed . I have to pay . Your company has no integrity. My problem is not Medicare. It is you.
