While the people in the office are ok, the company itself has very bad practices. They billed me for supplies that were covered by insurance and it took 4 months to get my money back. They also did the same thing 2 years ago, and held on to my money for two years until I found out about it. Also, my phone number changed and I can't get them to stop calling the old number. When I asked again today, the person I spoke to lied 3 times in a 4 minute conversation.
