This company is horrible. Do not use. Whenever I call the people are rude and heaven forbid they deliver life essential medical equipment more than every other week. I had to pick up the order of oxygen tanks one time and they complained because I got there 15 minutes prior to them closing. I'm sorry I have a job that I had to leave early in order to do "your" job. Not to mention when my mother's oxygen concentrator stopped working they said, "we will try to get someone out there today." It was a Friday which meant if they did not get someone out there that day, we would have to wait until Monday. We didn't have many oxygen tanks left to last the entire weekend. I had to ask my sister who is an attorney to call them and threaten them. It's bad enough that we have to watch my mother go through horrible illness everyday until she dies. Now these ignorant people act like we are inconveniencing them because we ask for something that wasn't in there schedule and that is WHAT THEY GET PAID TO DO. I'm sorry, you need to get some customer service training or get a entirely new staff.
