I was treated like I was being annoying when I received not one, but 2 defective devices in a row. The second one was so defective it actually caused injury. When I reported this to them their response was basically "oh, ok". They then gave me back the first one I returned to wear instead of ordering another replacement. When I reported the major defect to the manufacturer, they offered to replace the one I was wearing until they contacted HHW Inc to obtain the defective product I returned to them and was told they already ordered me a replacement and I had it. Absolutely FALSE. Not to mention, they measured me for the device when I first went in and according to the manufacturer's guidelines, they ordered me the wrong size both times. I've been playing nice for 3 months now and I'm still wearing a device with missing stitching in the wrong size. I'll travel outside the area to get products in the future if I ever need them. FYI, the manufacturer of the defective devices- BSN Medical Inc. NC

I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. They really make no effort to maintain a professional appearance here. I was shocked at how unprofessional they looked. It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business. It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting.
