I would almost bet, the billing department has no experience in accounting. They do not bill the insurance companies properly, therefore, they don't get paid. The business would go better, if the owner would step down, and look into the people running his business. Especially the billing dept. Furthermore, the delivery people (person in Mechanicsburg office) are extremely bias to disabled people. He specifically stated to me that "only the strong will survive" and the weak will not make it (speaking of disability). This person is political and is not afraid to view his opinions to the clients in their own home. If we discuss God to him, he gets defensive. Yet, we have to listen to his spew on politics, and how we weak people (in a sense) don't deserve a chance on this earth. This is coming from a person working for a company that supplies medical equipment. Rotech does not answer the phone when calling to complain about the service we receive. The list could go on for days, but I hope this gets my point across. This is just an opinion of my experience, which leaves me "shaking my head" every time CPO2 leaves my home, and I receive a denial in my insurance statement for payment. The owner needs to take control, and start cleaning office. We are praying for you. May God have mercy, and help you:)
