Recent Reviews
Received a past due bill as a first bill after Medicare paid. Staff member was very rude when I asked why it was stamped past due on a first bill. Employee was rude and abusive and hung up on me. This was the type of employee that gives the company a black eye. Reported incident to Stony Brook Hospital where services were rendered. Buyer beware!!!

They are not very friendly or cooperative when you call. Wont take an order one day early and ship next day. You must call on or after due date. they omitted an item from an order. They also send less supplies than medicare allows will not accept Will be changing suppliers because of this. I have been a customer for over 10 years but no longer.
