I have contacted this company 5 times for information regarding a rollator walker that was authorized by my doctor. They keep saying they will call me back and to this day (7/15/2016) I have still not heard from them. They are suppose to be the go to company for DME Supplies effective 7/1/2016 per Medicare as they won the competitive bidding. Well good luck. Maybe I need to contact Medicare.
