It takes multiple calls to get a return call. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a the best solution or do the best work for my needs. Too many of the employees seem lethargic about their work, inadequately trained and unmotivated . The staff is polite,. I never felt uncomfortable asking questions but I don't think the rank and file understand the urgency of a properly fitted wheelchair or a good adjustment and w/c repair.. If I compare them to others in their field, they are not the worst, but they're definitely not the best.
