Lincare is the absolute best medical supply company. They go above and beyond the call of duty to help their customers. Unfortunately my father was put on hospice and they don't have a contract with Lincare so as a costumer u don't have a choice. U have to use the company hospice uses which I think is totally wrong. Customers should have a choice. I hated having to give up lincare. They truly r the best. Just an example of the difference in customer service. We ordered a transport wheel chair from lincare and he made sure we new all the ins and outs. This other company just dropped it off and didn't even attach the foot rests or show me all its features. I am truly disappointed in Catskill Area Hospice for not allowing the customer a choice. Sorry Tom at Lincare u are the best of the best and helped us so much. I thank u.
