This was the most unsatisfying, unprofessional business with bad ethics I have ever seen. They had my order for a BiPAP machine for months but did nothing about it. When I called to find out the status the old lady boss told me she was under staff and could not even give me a status because she didn't know. After showing my anger to her she told me to go to someone else. I would drive to Lubbock TX before going to her business.
