I first called in the first Nov 4. 2013. I needed and Mdinr machine. I was told that it would all be taken care of and they would get back to me. I waited for weeks with no luck. I found a website filled out all the paper work myself and handed to my dr on Dec 4. One month after I had talked to them. They didnt do the work so I had too. They did call last week and said that someone would call and come out and train me on the new machine. Here it is 12/23/2013 and still nothing. I called and got Solmon on the phone and he knew nothing, and there was no one there for me to talk to about it. Apparently he only know how to answer the phone. I was told everyone else was doing deliveries there was no one for me to talk to. He said he would pass the message along and someone would call me later. Well, I am sick of all this run around and I am tempted to take my business someone else.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. Also this does not say but they are no longer on 10th street they have not been for some time they are on white sands blvd now
