I requested that a product be ordered for me. Because they had a different model of the product in stock they refused to order the one I wanted. I said I would pay for the shipping. They still refused - "What about the paper work, what about yadda, yadda, yadda". They are the only Medicare provider in my area and are selling the product (a walker) for twice as much as I could get it for on Amazon. I'll ordered it on Amazon.

These people are great when they are selling you their equipment, but now that I have a problem with a Golden Adjustable Bed, they never call back. I did buy the bed two years ago and realize it is not under warranty, but I still need to get it fixed. The last time I called the woman who answered the phone had quite an attitude and questioned if I even bought the bed from them.
