Actually I don't know if they provide any service good or bad. I contacted them in April to get cpap supplies. They told me to provide insurance information and a prescription so I did. At that time, they said someone would contact me shortly to set up a fitting. A week passed, so I called. They said the insurance hadn't approved the transaction yet. Another week passed. This time, they had heard back from the insurance and assured me someone would contact me. Didn't happen. Another week passed and I waited on hold forever until they found the person who does the schedule. She assured me I would receive a call within a week. Nope. Didn't happen. So now I guess I'll have to find another supplier for cpap equipment.
I have been waiting for a call back for 5 months! I left them all the information to help me get a scooter ( I have advancing MS and am struggling to walk) Even though they had my information right in front of them - they have mot helped me at all and have an attitude of indifference . They definitely did not seem to be skilled at their job . I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. I was very unimpressed with their level of skill.
